Empower business innovation at scale! As the Power Platform Citizen Developer Lead, you will build and run a sustainable, governed maker ecosystem that enables business teams to safely create high-value solutions within enterprise guardrails.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Setup FinOps: Own environment strategies, tenant settings, DLP policies, and billing/cost-attribution models for Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
Governance ALM Guardrails: Enforce ALM processes and automated monitoring to protect data, manage app lifecycles, and prevent shadow IT or unmanaged sprawl.
Enablement Alignment: Drive maker adoption through tailored onboarding and reusable templates, bridging business demand with Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Legal standards.

Requirements:
- Both hands-on technical experience and strategic expertise standing up maker enablement programs in enterprise environments- Must
- Deep practical knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio (including environment management, connectors, and DLP policies).
- Demonstrated experience designing governance, ALM, and FinOps models for low-code platforms at scale.
- Proven track record of building and growing maker/citizen- Developer communities and onboarding frameworks.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Architecture, Security, and Legal stakeholders.
