What You Will Do

Manage and scale massive budgets hands-on, with daily optimization of complex campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Acquire top-tier leads with an uncompromising focus on high-intent conversion quality, not cheap clicks.

Lead media strategy by building complex funnels and long-term media plans aligned with enterprise business goals.

Go deep on data through advanced optimization, A/B testing, and continuous improvement of CPA and ROI.

What You Must Bring

Three to four years of hands-on experience as a Senior Media Buyer, with a proven track record managing massive budgets and significant scaling.

Absolute mastery of Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4).

Proven expertise in lead generation, with a precise understanding of targeting, nurturing, and acquiring high-quality prospects.

Sharp analytical thinking paired with total ownership. You manage complex campaigns end to end, completely independently.

Major Advantages

Previous experience in corporate lead gen, or within real estate and finance.

Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automations like Make or Zapier, and BI tools.
