We are looking for a HR Business Partner (HRBP) that will play a crucial role in collaborating with the management team and employees within the department.

About this role:

As an HR Business Partner at Connecteam, you will be a strategic partner to leaders across the organization, helping shape high-performing teams, support organizational growth, and create an exceptional employee experience. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, partnering closely with managers to solve complex people challenges and drive business success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with business leaders to understand organizational priorities and translate business needs into effective people strategies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on all people-related topics, including performance management, employee relations, career development, organizational design, and change management.
• Coach and support managers in developing high-performing teams and fostering a strong leadership culture.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational health initiatives that strengthen the employee experience.
• Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding through offboarding.
• Analyze people data and organizational trends to identify opportunities, provide actionable insights, and support data-driven decision making.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.
• Facilitate organizational change by supporting leaders through periods of growth, transformation, and team evolution.
• Collaborate closely with the People team to lead and implement cross-functional HR initiatives, programs, and projects.
• Champion Connecteam's culture and values while helping create an inclusive, high-performing workplace.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Proven experience coaching managers and influencing stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
• Strong knowledge of performance management, employee relations, organizational development, and talent management.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and measure impact.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and strong partnerships.
• Highly proactive, independent, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Passion for building exceptional employee experiences and helping organizations scale successfully.
