Tax Technology Specialist - JB-697

PwC Israel’s Tax Tech department is looking for an AI Specialist to join its development team in Tel Aviv for a full-time position.

This is an opportunity to play a leading role in shaping how we use AI-from the underlying technology and infrastructure to its practical, day-to-day adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure AI agents.
• Design and build chatbots, automations, and AI copilots.
• Implement AI tools and solutions within the tax and accounting domains.
• Work with large language model APIs, such as OpenAI and Anthropic.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing systems, including knowledge management, CRM, and BI platforms.
• Apply prompt engineering techniques, including writing advanced prompts, testing, refining, and continuously improving their performance.
• Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and learning materials.
• Support users, monitor adoption, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• A genuine passion for AI, along with a strong understanding of the capabilities and limitations of large language models- required.
• A strong ability to learn independently and lead multiple initiatives simultaneously-required.
• Hands-on experience, including through personal or side projects, in some of the following areas: advanced use of AI tools, connecting tools through scripts and APIs, and building AI agents or bots- required.

Significant Advantage

• Familiarity with tax, accounting, or regulatory environments.
• Experience delivering training sessions or workshops.
• Previous experience in a similar role within an organization.
• A degree or professional coursework in computer science or a related field.
