For our Holon site, we are looking for an AI Engineering Specialist for a technology-focused role that combines hands-on development, computing infrastructure expertise, and AI architecture implementation
The position integrates AI engineering with the implementation and maintenance of advanced computing infrastructure (Data Center, Networking, and Security) and serves as a bridge between business needs and technological capabilities. The role includes the assessment, design, development, and deployment of advanced GenAI and Applied AI solutions in secure, high-performance environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement end-to-end architectures for Large Language Model (LLM)-based systems and AI Agents
Define, develop, and maintain data processing pipelines (ETL / RAG) and integrate them with enterprise systems
Develop and deploy AI solutions in hybrid cloud and air-gapped environments
Manage Kubernetes environments (including RKE2) and allocate GPU resources in production deployments
Requirements:
Hands-on experience working with dedicated GPU servers (NVIDIA DGX/HGX) and understanding the infrastructure requirements for operating them
Familiarity with resiliency standards (Tier Levels) and high-availability (HA) design principles; knowledge and experience in Disaster Recovery (DR) is an advantage
Knowledge of protection mechanisms against AI-specific risks such as Prompt Injection and Data Leakage – an advantage
Practical experience in developing and implementing Applied AI / GenAI solutions
At least 2 years of technological experience in software development, DevOps, system infrastructure, or solution architecture
Proficiency in Python – an advantage
Significant advantage for experience with TypeScript, C# (.NET), and/or PowerShell development
Experience working with Agentic Frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar solutions – an advantage
Experience with Vector Databases such as Qdrant or Pinecone – an advantage
Experience with Kubernetes / RKE2 administration and deployments in secure environments – an advantage
Strong systems-thinking mindset and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
High orientation toward technological excellence, information security, and compliance with stringent standards
