A leading Cybersecurity and Cloud Solutions company is looking for an experienced SOC Team Lead to join our growing team in Rishon LeZion, Israel.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of SOC analysts.
- Monitor, investigate, and respond to cybersecurity incidents.
- Work with SIEM, EDR, and other advanced security technologies.
- Develop and improve SOC procedures, playbooks, and operational processes.
- Collaborate with IT, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams.
- Mentor and develop SOC analysts while driving continuous improvement.
- 3+ years of experience leading a SOC team or in a similar leadership role.
- Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, QRadar, or similar).
- Strong Incident Response and Cybersecurity Investigation experience.
- Experience working with Windows, Linux, and Cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- High level of English.
- Experience with Python or PowerShell.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, GCIH, CySA+, or Security+.
