Bookkeeper

Wanted: Bookkeeper for a Digital Marketing & Media company in the Kiryat Ono area. This is a very rewarding full-time and On-site position.

The chosen candidate will take end-to-end ownership of core financial operations, driving accuracy and efficiency across complex intercompany transactions and international travel expenses. This role offers high professional autonomy in a dynamic industry, providing an impactful opportunity to streamline workflows and partner directly with key stakeholders, banks, and tax authorities.

Job Responsibilities:

● Manage end-to-end bookkeeping operations up to the trial balance level with high precision.

● Execute regular bank, credit card, and intercompany loan/interest reconciliations.

● Handle customer invoicing, accounts receivable, VAT refund tracking, and monthly tax authority reporting.

● Oversee global employee travel expenses, including approvals, monitoring, and detailed financial reporting.

Job Requirements:

● Certified Bookkeeper qualification from an accredited institution with at least 5 years of hands-on experience up to trial balance.

● Proven proficiency with Priority accounting software and advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.

● Demonstrated background managing direct communications with clients, suppliers, banking institutions, and tax authorities.

● Strong English communication skills (reading and writing) for international expense and operational management.

● Highly independent, detail-oriented proactive problem solver with excellent multitasking and interpersonal capabilities.
