Full Stack & ERP Development Team Lead

WEBLET develops complex SaaS systems for logistics, distribution, field service, and field operations management. Our enterprise-grade platform unifies sales, service, distribution, and transport activities—providing operational control, real-time visibility, and optimization across desktop and mobile devices.

We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Development Team Lead (Position 205) to provide technical and professional leadership to our development team while actively developing, maintaining, and expanding complex SaaS systems.

This is a full-time, fully office-based role at BSR Tower 4 in Bnei Brak (near the Red Line light rail).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and guide a software development team.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new team members.
• Prioritize and assign tasks, coordinate development activities, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Hands-on full stack development across server-side, client-side, and database layers.
• Drive best practices in system architecture, OOP principles, code quality, and application security.

• Leadership: Proven experience leading a software development team, including recruiting, onboarding, and training developers, assigning tasks, and ensuring execution.
• Experience: At least 10 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Web development.
• Domain Expertise: Experience developing ERP or Enterprise systems (such as Priority, SAP, NetSuite, or custom enterprise solutions) in logistics, distribution, transportation, or field service.
• Backend: Strong hands-on experience with ASP.NET WebForms, C#, OOP, Design Patterns, and application security.
• Frontend: Strong skills in JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, HTML5, CSS, IndexedDB, and Local Storage.
• Database: Experience developing complex Web applications on SQL Server (complex queries, Stored Procedures, Triggers, and SQL Functions).
• Tools & Web Tech: Experience with WebMethods, Web Services, Progressive Web Apps (PWA), and Git.
• Education: Academic degree from a recognized Israeli university.

• Experience designing and developing integrations using REST APIs and JSON.
• Experience working with IIS.
• Experience using AI-based development tools (e.g., Claude Code, OpenAI Codex).
