Our Israel Professional Services team partners with the country's largest public sector and enterprise organizations to deliver transformational Salesforce solutions — from modernizing government service centers to deploying autonomous AI agents at scale. As a Program Architect based in Israel (hybrid), you will serve as a strategic advisor and platform visionary for our most complex accounts, shaping architecture decisions and driving outcomes that define how humans and digital agents work together.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Lead enterprise-scale architecture across strategic accounts — coordinating multiple architects, aligning on solution vision, and guiding customers from requirements through delivery
• Act as a trusted C-suite advisor, shaping how customers adopt Agentforce, Data Cloud, and AI-powered automation to transform their business processes
• Partner with engagement managers and project teams to review implementation approaches, manage risks proactively, and ensure solutions are scalable and follow platform best practices
• Grow the team and the practice — mentoring architects, contributing to pre-sales, building internal knowledge, and representing Salesforce's values through community and volunteering commitments
  
  

You're Our Person If...

• You have 10+ years of experience as an architect with demonstrated leadership driving digital transformation in large, complex, matrixed organizations
• You have hands-on experience across enterprise architecture domains — including cloud platforms, integration technologies, Data Cloud, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agent orchestration
• You are comfortable designing and deploying AI-powered and agentic solutions, and can guide customers in evaluating and adopting emerging technologies for real business use cases
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
  
  

Even Better If...

• You have experience as a Senior Architect, CTO, or CIO in a mid-to-large organization, and a track record of leading enterprise application delivery on the Salesforce Platform
• You hold relevant Salesforce credentials such as Salesforce Certified AI Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant, or Agentforce Architect, along with Salesforce Industries or Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe)
• You have deep expertise in Web Services, Data Modeling, and enterprise integration patterns (ESBs, ETL tools, ERP, HRIS, DWH/DM integrations)
• You have experience building and maintaining trusted relationships with C-level and senior decision makers across complex enterprise accounts
