Technical Artist

We are building a stealth mobile gaming venture and looking for a Technical Artist to join the core team.

The venture is led by an experienced founder who previously built and scaled a gaming company valued in the hundreds of millions.

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Artist with strong Unity and mobile game experience. Someone who can bridge design, art, animation, and development, and turn creative concepts into polished, high-performing in-game experiences.

• Integrate UI assets, animations, VFX, and game elements into Unity

• Create polished transitions, particle effects, reward sequences, and gameplay animations

• Bring missions, progression, achievements, rewards, and key game moments to life

• Work closely with designers and developers to implement Figma designs and interaction concepts

• Build and maintain prefabs, animation controllers, particle systems, shaders, and reusable visual components

• Optimize assets and effects for smooth performance across mobile devices

• Improve workflows through tools, scripts, automation, and AI

• Help define the game feel, visual quality, and technical art pipeline from the ground up

• Strong hands-on experience with Unity

• Experience integrating animations, UI assets, VFX, and visual content into games

• Good understanding of prefabs, animation systems, particle systems, and asset pipelines

• Experience optimizing visual assets and effects for mobile performance

• Strong visual sense, including motion, timing, composition, color, and attention to detail

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to move fast, experiment, and work independently

• Portfolio or demo reel showing technical art, animations, VFX, or polished in-game experiences
