We're looking for Community Managers to join our international team and help build and grow online communities for global brands.

We're currently hiring for projects focused on the India and Czech markets, so we're looking for candidates with a strong understanding of one of these cultures and online communities.

If you live and breathe social media, know how to spot trends as they happen, and enjoy creating content that feels native to each platform, we'd love to hear from you!

• Manage, grow, and engage online communities across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, and more.
• Create platform-content, including posts, carousels, stories, and short-form videos.
• Stay on top of conversations, trends, and cultural moments to help brands stay relevant.
• Identify insights and content opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with our research and creative teams on data-driven campaigns.

• Strong familiarity with Indian or Czech culture and online communities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong social media writing skills and attention to detail.
• A solid understanding of digital culture and social platforms.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of an international team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• A genuine interest in marketing, research, and social media.

• Experience in community management, customer support, content creation, graphic design, or video editing.
