We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join our Growth team and help scale Mongoose’s leading games. The role is available on a full-time or freelance basis.

What will you be doing?

• Create and implement a comprehensive paid media strategy for UA activities.
• Set up, and optimize paid campaigns on multiple platforms and channels, to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead UA projects end-to-end — from creative briefing and campaign setup through testing, optimization, and reporting.
• Stay updated on marketing trends, UA benchmarks, and best practices.
• Monitor and analyze marketing and monetization data and provide insights and action items for new opportunities.
• Plan and oversee marketing budgets.
• Support ASO efforts, including keyword optimization and store listing improvements.
• Work closely with creative, BA, product and monetization partners.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the mobile gaming industry, including publishers and marketing partners.

Your Experience & Skills

• 2+ years of experience in a User Acquisition role in mobile gaming - A must.
• Hands-on experience managing google and Meta campaign - A must.
• Experience working with AppsFlyer / other MMPs.
• Proficient with Excel.
• Strategic, creative, and analytical mindset.
• Ability to lead projects from A to Z with a positive "can-do" attitude.
• Ability to translate data into growth and optimization insights and workplans.
• Great communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with ASO and ad-based monetization models — a significant advantage.
• Fluent English.
