Chief Financial Officer

A leading publicly traded company is seeking an experienced CFO to join its executive leadership team.

We are looking for a strategic finance executive with a strong business mindset, who will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO and executive management, lead the company's finance organization, and play a key role in shaping its long-term strategy and continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all financial operations across the organization.

Serve as a strategic business partner to the CEO and executive leadership team.

Work closely with the Board of Directors, Audit Committee, investors, and financial institutions.

Lead all financial reporting and regulatory compliance for a publicly traded company.

Drive M&A transactions, capital raising initiatives, and financing activities.

Develop and execute the company's financial strategy to support sustainable business growth.

Lead, mentor, and develop the finance organization.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer in a publicly traded company – mandatory.

Proven experience in public company reporting, capital markets, and corporate governance.

Experience in a complex, growth-oriented organization.

Strong strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach.

Fluent English.
