Marketing Analyst - SEM (Remote)

Growth Commerce is seeking a performance-minded PPC marketer to manage and scale Google Search and Bing campaigns across multiple consumer brands. You’ll own the full acquisition process—from keyword research and ad copy to optimization, reporting, and landing-page alignment—while using data to improve CAC, ROI, and overall campaign performance. The ideal candidate has at least one year of hands-on Google Ads experience, communicates clearly, takes initiative, and is comfortable managing multiple campaigns in a fast-moving, remote environment.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan, execute, and optimize high-performance Google Search & Bing campaigns.

• Manage the full acquisition funnel from keyword research → copy → landing page alignment.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance to identify growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with creative and content teams to shape conversion-focused messaging.

• Test new bidding strategies, targeting, and campaign structures across verticals.

• Manage budgets responsibly while driving efficient CAC and ROI.

✅ What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

✔ Minimum 1+ year hands-on PPC experience with Google Search

✔ Strong understanding of direct response and intent-based acquisition

✔ Comfortable managing budgets and optimizing toward performance KPIs

✔ Proficiency in Google Ads + Analytics + Excel/Sheets

✔ Detail-oriented, analytical, and data-driven

✔ Fluent in English (written + spoken)

Bonus Skills:

➕ Experience with DTC, supplements, consumer health, or eCommerce

➕ Familiarity with Bing Ads or other SEM platforms

➕ Experience with SEMRush, Looker, Tableau, or similar tools

➕ Experience scaling campaigns internationally
