BI Development & Services Department Manager

COMBLACK is hiring a BI Development & Services Department Manager!

In this role, you will manage a BI department consisting of 3 teams within a leading financial organization in central Israel. You will lead cross-organizational Data projects, manage budgets and resources, drive technological solutions from business needs to implementation, and promote innovation across BI, DWH, and AI domains.

What are we looking for?

• 10+ years of experience in BI, Data, and enterprise information solutions – Must

• 5+ years of experience managing development teams and managers in a matrix organizational structure – Must

• Experience leading complex technological projects and implementing cross-organizational solutions – Must

• Experience designing and leading technological solutions from business needs to full implementation – Must

• Experience managing work plans, budgets, planning, and resource allocation – Must

• Experience in large companies with broad and complex Data operations – Significant advantage
