Help Desk Support Specialist

We are seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist to provide technical support to end users in a cloud-based IT environment, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365.

The role includes troubleshooting user issues, managing service requests, supporting cloud-based systems, and delivering professional, responsive, and customer-oriented technical support to employees across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing technical support to organizational users.
• Handle Help Desk tickets from initial request through resolution and closure.
• Provide support for the Microsoft 365 environment, including: Outlook / Exchange Online/ Teams/ OneDrive/ SharePointץ
• Troubleshoot login issues, password-related problems, and access permissions.
• Manage users and groups within the Microsoft 365 / Azure AD environment.
• Provide support for end-user devices, laptops, and peripheral equipment.
• Install, configure, and maintain organizational software and applications.
• Troubleshoot basic network issues, printers, and internet connectivity.
• Assist users in working with cloud-based systems and applications.
• Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and solutions within the service management system.
• Collaborate with vendors and additional technical teams as required.
  
  

• Previous experience in a Help Desk / Technical Support role – required.
• knowledge in the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Hands-on experience with Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with Active Directory / Azure Active Directory.
• Experience managing users, permissions, password resets, and setting up new computers.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work effectively with users and within a team in a dynamic environment.
• Good technical English skills.
