IT Engineer

We're looking for an enthusiastic, service-oriented IT Engineer to own our day-to-day IT operations: employee support, endpoints, SaaS and AI tools, and office infrastructure, all with security as a first principle.

Responsibilities:

• Own day-to-day IT execution end-to-end, with technical direction from our IT & Infrastructure Manager.
• Deliver all-tier technical support to employees globally (Tel Aviv HQ and US-based remote), across our systems, endpoints, SaaS applications and AI tools.
• Own the employee lifecycle from the IT side: onboarding setup and orientation, access provisioning, off-boarding, and the automation that keeps it smooth as we scale.
• Administer Google Workspace as our IdP, including SSO/SCIM integrations across our SaaS stack.
• Administer the company's AI tooling stack: seat and license management, access provisioning, usage and spend tracking, connectors, and safe-usage guidelines.
• Manage our Mac and Windows fleets via MDM, including endpoint security posture (EDR, encryption, patching).
• Implement and maintain our role-based access model across systems, in line with least-privilege principles.
• Run asset management end-to-end: procurement, inventory, and logistics - including IT equipment for US remote employees.
• Manage the Tel Aviv office systems, IT equipment, and physical security systems.
• Support vendor and SaaS security reviews, and lead the implementation of approved solutions.
• Identify, automate, and document solutions to recurring issues - build the run-book, don't just fight fires.
• Execute against defined IT & security processes and KPIs (support SLAs, onboarding turnaround, access review completion).
  
  

• 3-4 years of hands-on IT support experience: hardware, software, permissions, and network troubleshooting for employees and systems.
• Experience administering Google Workspace, Okta, or Office 365, plus MDM platforms and SaaS integrations.
• Comfortable managing both macOS and Windows environments.
• Experience automating IT workflows - scripting (bash, Python) or low-code tools (Google Apps Script, n8n, Slack workflows).
• Security-first mindset: you think about access, exposure, and attack surface by default.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) and enthusiasm for using AI to work smarter - bonus if you've administered them for a team.
• Excellent troubleshooting instincts - methodical, curious, and persistent.
• Strong communication and documentation habits, with the patience to make things simple for non-technical users.
