About the Role

A leading insurance company is looking for an experienced PMO to join its Project Management Office.

This role focuses on supporting large-scale IT projects through planning, budgeting, reporting, and performance monitoring. You'll work closely with project managers, development teams, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and according to organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support and monitor IT projects throughout their lifecycle.
• Track project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI metrics.
• Monitor execution against project plans and identify deviations.
• Perform risk analysis and support project governance processes.
• Collaborate with project managers, development teams, and business units.
• Coordinate resource planning and workload balancing across projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a PMO in IT projects.
• Experience working in an Enterprise organization.
• Previous experience in the insurance industry – an advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
