Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced BPM Expert to lead and expand our Business Process Management (BPM) and Workflow practice. This is a strategic, customer-facing role with responsibility for rebuilding, developing, and growing the organization's BPM capabilities.

The ideal candidate will lead complex BPM initiatives, design and implement enterprise business processes, work closely with customers and technology partners, and drive innovation in workflow automation and AI-powered business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the organization's BPM and Workflow practice.
• Analyze, design, implement, and optimize complex BPM and Workflow solutions.
• Deliver end-to-end business process automation projects tailored to customer needs.
• Work closely with customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Lead technical presales activities, including solution presentations, demonstrations, and customer engagements.
• Collaborate with technology vendors and strategic partners.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate innovative automation and AI-based solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and business growth within the BPM domain.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in BPM / Workflow solutions.
• Proven experience implementing complex enterprise business processes.
• Experience delivering BPM projects across multiple organizations – a significant advantage.
• Proven experience in technical presales and customer-facing engagements.
• Strong hands-on experience with at least one of the following platforms: Camunda, Nintex K2, or Cellosign – significant advantage.
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence, particularly AI Agents – an advantage.
• Programming knowledge – an advantage.
• Experience with additional Business Process Automation solutions – an advantage.
• Experience working with technology vendors and partners.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.
