Business Intelligence Analyst

We're a fast-paced, fully regulated online Sports Betting and Casino operator.

With offices in Spain and Israel, and hubs across Europe and LATAM, we serve players across Spain, Mexico, Colombia, Panama, and Argentina.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a curious, driven BI Analyst to join our data team. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role: you will

be embedded in the business, partnering daily with Product, Marketing, CRM, Operations and Finance teams. You will

work on multiple projects in parallel - building dashboards, answering ad-hoc questions, supporting A/B testing, and

helping turn raw data into decisions that move the needle.This is not a back-office role. You will live the business every

day.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Analytics & Reportig

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools to track KPIs across the business. • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Respond to ad-hoc analytical requests from multiple teams simultaneously, prioritizing effectively.

• Monitor key business metrics and proactively flag anomalies.

Data & Infrastructure

• Write clean, efficient SQL queries against large datasets in cloud data warehouses.

• Contribute to data model documentation and governance best practices.

• Identify data quality issues and work with engineering to resolve them.

• Support the development of self-service analytics capabilities across teams.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner with Product, Marketing, CRM and Finance teams on parallel initiatives and recurring analytical cycles.

• Build and participate in business reviews, providing data-driven commentary and recommendations.

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the data engineering team, translating requirements into clear

data needs.

• Support tests design, analysis, and interpretation in collaboration with product and growth teams.

REQUIREMENTS

Must Have

• 2–4 years of experience in a BI, Data Analytics, or similar role.

• Strong SQL proficiency (BigQuery) - you are comfortable writing complex queries from scratch.

• Hands-on experience with at least one BI/visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Metabase, etc.).

• Experience working with Excel for complex tasks.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of autonomy and organization.

• Excellent communication skills - able to present data and insights clearly to both technical and business audiences.

• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and intellectual curiosity. • English proficiency at a business level (written and spoken) - required.

Nice to Have

• Spanish - strong advantage given the nature of our markets and teams.

• Experience in online gaming, sports betting, fintech, or another high-volume consumer digital business.

• Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and exploratory analysis.

• Experience with A/B testing frameworks and statistical significance concepts.

• Hands-on experience working with AI tools and platforms.
