Mertens Malam Team is hiring a SOC Team Lead to join a government organization in Jerusalem

This is an exciting leadership opportunity to manage advanced cybersecurity operations lead SOC teams and drive enterprise security initiatives in a mission critical environment

Responsibilities

Lead the design implementation and management of cybersecurity infrastructure and security platforms

Manage SIEM SOAR and XDR environments including incident response investigations and rule development

Implement integrate and maintain security solutions across On Prem and Cloud environments

Lead end to end cybersecurity projects from design through implementation

Strengthen enterprise security posture and collaborate with cross functional technology teams

Mentor and lead SOC analysts while managing daily operations and professional development

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience as a SOC Analyst

Experience designing implementing and managing cybersecurity monitoring and security platforms

Hands on experience with Incident Management SIEM SOAR and XDR technologies

Experience implementing and maintaining security solutions including Firewalls and XDR in On Prem and Cloud environments

Experience leading end to end technology projects

Knowledge of Linux Microsoft Group Policy VMware Portnox and network access control solutions

Experience leading SOC teams or security operations shifts including mentoring and professional guidance
