Product Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a high-impact Interim LLM Product Manager to maintain momentum across a fast-moving AI product roadmap focused on Large Language Models. You will take full ownership of ongoing initiatives, ensuring continuity, stability, and delivery of high-value AI features during a temporary transition period.

This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and business, with a strong focus on delivering AI-powered solutions that solve real-world Talent Acquisition challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Continuity & Execution
• Own and drive active LLM initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery of key milestones without disruption to quality or roadmap direction.
• Cross-Functional Alignment
• Act as the central link between engineering, design, and business stakeholders, translating complex AI capabilities into intuitive product experiences.
• Customer & Product Quality
• Partner with Customer Success to address user feedback, resolve AI-related issues, and ensure reliability of live product features.
• AI Trade-off Management
• Lead decision-making around model accuracy, creativity, compliance, latency, and cost considerations.
• Model Evaluation & Optimization
• Work with engineering teams to define and manage evaluation frameworks, ensuring continuous improvement in model performance and output quality.

About You

• 2+ years of Product Management experience
• Hands-on experience with LLM or Generative AI products
• Strong ability to quickly ramp up and take ownership in dynamic environments
• Solid technical understanding of LLM systems and AI product stacks
• Strong analytical skills with structured evaluation and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in HRTech is an advantage
