Senior Performance Campaign Manager

We're looking for a Senior Performance Campaign Manager with 5+ years of experience to join our team.

What You'll Do

• Lead and optimize large-scale, multi-channel performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Taboola, Outbrain, and other paid media platforms.
• Build, implement, and continuously improve advanced measurement and tracking infrastructures, including GA4, GTM, Pixels, Events, CAPI, attribution models, and reporting dashboards.
• Analyze campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, design experiments, and optimize conversion funnels based on data-driven insights.
• Leverage AI and LLM tools to accelerate research, campaign planning, analysis, reporting, and optimization.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing high-budget, large-scale performance marketing campaigns.
• Exceptional analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH) and strong data-oriented thinking (SQL knowledge is a plus).
• Strong technical mindset—you feel comfortable working with tracking implementations, integrations, and complex measurement setups.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead brands, projects, and strategic initiatives—not just campaigns.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Programmatic Advertising and DV360.
