About The Role

Semperis is seeking a Temporary Learning & Development Partner to provide leave coverage for approximately eight months. This role is focused on maintaining continuity for existing learning programs and supporting day-to-day learning operations during the leave period.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can step in quickly, facilitate scheduled learning sessions, coordinate training activities, manage learning administration, and make light updates to existing content as needed.

What You Will Be Doing

Training Delivery

• Facilitate scheduled instructor-led and virtual learning sessions
• Adapt delivery style to different audiences and learning needs
  
  

Learning Coordination & Administration

• Manage training logistics, including scheduling, enrollment, and participant communications
• Support course uploads, tracking, and reporting in the learning management system
• Help ensure a smooth learner experience across assigned programs
  
  

Content Support

• Make updates to existing training materials and resources as needed
• Partner with the Global Talent Development team to support ongoing learning initiatives already in progress
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• 5-10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in Learning & Development roles.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Experience delivering training and supporting learning programs
• Familiarity with learning management systems; Workday experience is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional partners
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in education, instructional design, organizational development, or a related field

• Semperis maintains office locations in several cities across the globe. Where the job description specifies a required location, candidates will follow our hybrid work model. This includes working up to three days per week and remotely the remaining days.
