Technical Support Representative - student position

Keshet Digital is looking for a Technical Support Representative for a for a part-time student position!

This is your opportunity to join our Technical Support team and gain firsthand insight into the technology behind Israel’s leading content brands.

What will you do?

• Provide first-line technical support by phone for the company’s internal systems.
• Support dedicated applications and troubleshoot issues using remote-access tools.
• Work in a hybrid model with flexible shifts—including mornings, evenings, and weekends—designed to accommodate students.

What are we looking for?

• A current student pursuing a degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field — required.
• At least two years remaining until graduation — required.
• Knowledge and understanding of web page structure, common web technologies such as HTML and JavaScript, and experience using browser developer tools — a significant advantage.
• Knowledge and understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems — an advantage.
• Strong self-learning skills, motivation, and curiosity to explore and master new systems.
