Help Desk Position (Part-Time – 2 days per week)

We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented Help Desk Technician to provide technical support to employees across the organization. The role includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring workstations, managing user accounts, and ensuring excellent IT support. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience in IT.

Requirements:

• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, docking stations, and peripheral devices.
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn and develop.
• Available to work 2 days per week.

Advantages:

• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Familiarity with Windows Server environments.
• Experience with Active Directory, including user account management, password resets, user lifecycle management, and permission assignment.
