We're looking for a proactive, detail oriented HRIS Specialist to own and continuously improve our HR systems, data, and people processes. This role will be responsible for ensuring our HR technology ecosystem supports a seamless employee experience while enabling operational excellence, automation, reporting, and scalability.

Working closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, IT, and managers across the company, you'll lead HR systems initiatives, implement new processes, and drive data accuracy and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the company's HRIS (Bob) and related HR systems.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve HR workflows, automations, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Build and maintain HR infrastructure to support onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and organizational changes.
• Manage employee data integrity, audits, permissions, and system governance.
• Create dashboards, reports, and people analytics to support business and leadership decisions.
• Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to optimize cross-functional processes.
• Lead HR systems implementations, enhancements, integrations, and new feature rollouts.
• Document HR processes, system configurations, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot system issues and serve as the internal expert for HR systems.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.

• 3+ years of experience in HRIS, People Operations, HR Operations, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience administering an HRIS platform (Bob experience is a significant advantage).
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with HR data and reporting.
• Experience building workflows, automations, and scalable HR processes.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, high growth environment.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
