Sourcing & Recruitment Specialist | Deep Tech & Defense

As our Deep Tech & Defense team continues to grow, we're looking for curious, driven, and analytical Sourcing and Recruitment Specialists to join a team dedicated to supporting some of the most exciting companies in Deep Tech, Aerospace, Critical Systems, and Defense.

This is more than a recruitment role. It's an opportunity to learn how to identify hard-to-reach talent, leverage proprietary AI tools developed at HR HOME, build innovative sourcing strategies, analyze market and talent data, and lead end-to-end recruitment processes. You'll work closely with pioneering companies operating at the forefront of technology and become a true partner in their growth journey.

Requirements

1-4 years of experience in recruitment and/or sourcing

Strong research and analytical skills

A natural curiosity and passion for investigation and talent discovery

A data-driven mindset with the ability to solve complex challenges creatively

Persistence, attention to detail, and a problem-solving approach

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A strong desire to learn, grow, and develop professionally

Ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team environment

Interest in supporting companies operating in Deep Tech, Aerospace, Critical Systems, and Defense sectors

This is a hybrid position, (Yokneam / Israel Center) + combining remote work with visits to client sites.
