PC Technician

Calanit is hiring a PC Technician for a Field Support role !

What will you do?

• Installation and maintenance of end-user workstations in a Microsoft environment
• Installation of computers, hardware, and software
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues for end users
• Providing telephone support (Help Desk) and in-person support to users
• Installation and maintenance of peripheral equipment – printers, scanners, barcode readers, monitors, and more
• Support and maintenance of meeting rooms and Video Conference systems

Requirements:

• Computer and Network Technician course or equivalent training in a Microsoft environment
• At least 6 years of experience in computer installation
• At least 6 years of experience in installing and maintaining peripheral equipment in an end-user environment, including on-site user support when required
• At least 6 years of experience providing telephone support (Help Desk) to end users, including support in a Microsoft environment (Windows, Microsoft 365, and Office), as well as on-site user support when required
• Experience working with at least 2 of the following systems:

• SCCM / MECM

• NAC

• AnyDesk

• Mail Relay

• Ticketing System
