Role Description:

We are looking for a senior Solution Architect to join our team and drive the design of

mission-critical systems for major financial institutions. In this role, you will translate business

requirements into technical specifications, design scalable architecture for high-volume,

sensitive financial systems,including Kubernetes-based microservices and event-driven

architecture (Kafka), and guide development teams through implementation. This is a senior,

non-coding role.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Solution/System Architect in a mid - senior developer background

is a plus.

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and event-driven architecture (Kafka).

Proficient in diving deep into existing technical ecosystems to execute detailed,

hands-on design work.

Experience in large institutional financial organizations, with a strong, strategic,

people-oriented approach to shaping new architectural initiatives.

Excellent problem-solving skills.
