Full Stack Engineer

The R&D center is situated in a prime, central technology hub in the Tel Aviv District (highly accessible via major transit lines), operating under a collaborative model with 1 day of remote work per week.

Position Overview-

• Senior Full-Stack Engineer joining a core, mission-driven R&D division of roughly 30 developers working on the platform's E2E core product lines.
• Owning complex, greenfield features from absolute scratch, heavily influencing system architecture, technological selection, and technical design.
• Tackling unique engineering and product challenges, including high-scale distributed data pipelines, intricate cross-user workflows, multi-platform applications (Web & Mobile), and highly sensitive user experiences (UX).
• Developing scalable, high-throughput backend microservices alongside slick, responsive client-side applications.
• Core Domain & Ecosystem- High-Impact Consumer Platforms, End-to-End Full-Stack Architecture, Distributed SaaS Systems, Cloud Infrastructures, Cross-Platform Synchronizations (Web/Mobile), Node.js, React, TypeScript, AWS.

Requirements-

• 6+ years of proven professional experience in software engineering, with a strong background running production systems – Mandatory
• 3+ years of deep, hands-on development experience specializing in React and Node.js (or React Native) – Mandatory
• Proven track record building and deploying production-grade, highly scalable Client + Server (Full-Stack) systems – Mandatory
• Extensive architectural experience working with modern cloud infrastructures, preferably AWS – Mandatory
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript across both backend and frontend layers – Mandatory
• Prior experience designing and optimizing complex data models and web/mobile user flows – Mandatory
