Senior AI Full Stack Engineer | LLMs & Agentic Systems

We're looking for a Senior AI Full Stack Engineer to join a fast-growing AI startup revolutionizing how global enterprises manage knowledge, train employees, and improve performance through intelligent, AI-powered experiences.

The company recently completed a significant Series A funding round and already serves 300+ paying customers, including leading Fortune 50 and Fortune 500 companies.

Founded by a successful serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience building and leading companies, the startup combines strong business traction with cutting-edge AI innovation.

The engineering team is building sophisticated AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, advanced RAG architectures, LLM-powered applications, and intelligent workflows, with plans to explore Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT).

We're looking for a strong, product-oriented engineer with proven hands-on experience building AI Agents in production, who can take full ownership of complex AI-native features, from architecture and development to real-world deployment.

This is an opportunity to shape the next generation of AI-native products while taking real ownership over architecture, engineering, and product development.

What You'll Do

• Build complex, AI-native Full Stack applications from architecture to production.
• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI Agents, Multi-Agent workflows, and LLM-powered features.
• Develop scalable backend services using Node.js and interactive frontend experiences using React.
• Solve advanced challenges involving Agent orchestration, tool calling, RAG, context management, and AI reliability.
• Lead features end to end, from technical design through deployment and continuous improvement.
• Influence key architectural and product decisions in a small, highly technical team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on Backend development experience with Node.js - mandatory.
• Strong hands-on Frontend development experience with React - mandatory.
• Proven personal experience building and deploying AI Agents in production environments - mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Agentic Workflows, tool calling, orchestration, and integrations.
• Experience designing and developing complex, production-grade software systems.
• Strong system design skills and deep software engineering fundamentals.
• Proven ability to own and deliver features end to end.
• Strong product mindset, independence, and high ownership.

Strong Advantages

• Experience building complex LLM-powered systems and advanced RAG architectures.
• Familiarity with MCPs, Agent Evaluation, observability, state management, and failure handling.
• Experience developing B2B SaaS products.
• Background in early-stage startups or building products from scratch.
• Experience working closely with Product and Design teams.
