• Growth Analytics: Dive deep into acquisition funnels, user behavior, and campaign data to uncover untapped growth opportunities.
• Performance Optimization: Lead A/B testing and deep-dive analyses to optimize bidding strategies and maximize marketing investments.
• Strategic Partnership: Work hand-in-hand with Data Science, Product, and Marketing teams, delivering the strategic recommendations that shape company decisions.
• Data Storytelling: Build sleek, high-impact dashboards that clearly translate technical data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

• Proven Experience: 5+ years as a Data/Business Analyst supporting Marketing, Product, or commercial growth teams.
• SQL Mastery: High proficiency in querying large, complex datasets.
• Modern Data Stack: Strong experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Sisense) and modern data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Clickhouse, etc.).
• Python Skills: Practical knowledge of Python for data analysis and automating workflows.
• Sharp Communication: An independent thinker who can present analytical insights clearly to both technical and business audiences.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in B2C or performance marketing environments.
• Hands-on experience building ETL processes or collaborating with Data Science on advanced experimentation.
• Experience leveraging Agentic AI technologies to automate insights and supercharge analytics workflows.
