Help Desk Technician

We're looking for a Help Desk Support Specialist to support employees across our global

organization and help deliver an outstanding IT experience.

• Frontal and remote service for up to 500 users.
• Resolve technical hardware and software issues.
• Support for desktops/laptops.
• Working with communication equipment.
• Setup and maintenance of printers.
• Installation of operating systems.

Requirements

• Up to 2 years of experience in Help Desk or support roles.
• Strong working knowledge of PC
• Experience with Windows ,10,11 Active Directory, Office365,Copilot
• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Fluent in English / Hebrew written and spoken
