Development Team Lead

COMBLACK is hiring a Digital Development Team Lead!

This role includes leading a development team in a Delivery-oriented environment, combining hands-on development with professional leadership, while working in an advanced technological environment.

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in Web development in the digital domain — mandatory
• At least 1 year of experience managing a team or working as a Tech Lead — mandatory
• Experience leading development teams, performing Code Reviews, and driving professional standards — mandatory
• Experience working with Angular and .NET Framework
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, working in a Delivery model, and task management in Azure DevOps (ADO) — advantage
