Operations Director – Multi-Family Office

Goldrock is a multi-family office serving ultra-high-net-worth clients across Israel and internationally. The firm is entering its next phase of growth, requiring a more structured operational platform to support scale, consistency, and execution discipline. 

We are seeking an Operations Director (OD) to take ownership of the firm’s operational environment. This is a senior operating leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, for someone who can translate strategy into scalable processes, systems, accountability structures, and day-to-day execution discipline across the firm. 

The mission of the Operations Director is to further professionalize and scale Goldrock’s operating infrastructure, ensuring that the firm can grow efficiently without losing its high-touch client service standards, confidentiality culture, or execution quality. Moreover by assuming ownership of all internal operational matters they should enable the CEO to focus on clients, investment oversight, marketing and business development.

Infrastructure & Process:

·        Lead operational improvement and infrastructure projects

·        Drive projects to upgrade firm scalability and efficiency

·        Build and document core processes

·        Design and implement automated and semi-automated workflows

Systems & Technology:

·        Oversee systems and technology environment and suppliers

·        Ensure systems support and workflow needs

·        Overall responsibility for implementation of AI and other technologies

·        Responsible for security, redundancy and data privacy

·        Manage the internal IT development resource

Performance Management:

·        Develop firm wide KPIs and performance tracking

·        Oversee structured team reporting and accountability

Finance (Company level):

·        Oversee company budgeting and internal financial management

·        Oversee the Office Manager and ensure smooth running of day-to-day operations

Organization & People:

·        Strengthen organizational effectiveness

·        Oversee human resources (candidate dependent)

Regulatory Compliance

·        Ensure local and US regulatory compliance across the organization

Governance & Execution Discipline:

·        Define decision-making frameworks and authority

·        Ensure consistent execution across Client Service, Back Office, and internal functions

Required Qualifications and Experience

·        Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operational role, preferably in financial services or professional services

·        Track record in operations, systems and scaling

·        Previous responsibility over IT systems and implementation

·        Experience in team management

·        Prior experience with regulated environments

·        Sound understanding of financial products and financial markets, an advantage

The position is full time, and work is from our offices located in Modiin, Israel.
