Job Summary

Your Career:

As an Engineering Manager for the IGA connector team, you will lead a full-stack team to expand our platform to an enterprise scale. Your role is crucial in executing our mission to connect our solution to any application, leveraging no-code, low-code, and AI-based solutions. You will lead, mentor, and build a team focused on delivering a world-class solution that simplifies the complexity of Identity Security for our customers.

Your Impact

• Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing, full-stack engineering team.
• Drive the technical strategy for expanding the IGA platform to a large enterprise scale.
• Oversee the design and execution of scalable connectors for SaaS, on-premise, and custom applications.
• Foster a culture of creativity, execution, high code quality, robust architecture, and performance.
• Manage team operations within a continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) environment.
• Champion the vision for universal connectivity, enabling the IGA platform to integrate with any customer application.
  
  

Qualifications

Your Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an R&D team leader or engineering manager.
• 5+ years of hands-on development experience in languages such as Python, Go, Node.js, Ruby, Java, or C#.
• Proven experience managing, coaching, and influencing highly skilled developers.
• Demonstrated experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Experience working with and managing teams in a CI/CD pipeline environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling a development team from scratch.
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, and MongoDB.
• Experience developing enterprise-scale applications in a cloud/SaaS environment.
• A solid understanding of software security and networking principles.
• Direct experience with AWS is a significant advantage.
