We are a fast-moving travel-tech company where data isn't just a buzzword - it drives every single decision we make.

We’re looking for an experienced, high-autonomy Data Analyst to join our tight-knit AI & Data team. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role for someone who wants to take full ownership, use modern AI tools (like Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) to supercharge their workflow, and turn raw data into direct business impact.

What you’ll do:

• Own the data pipeline end-to-end - from raw data ingestion to polished, actionable insights.
• Build and optimize our reporting infrastructure, system workflows, and dashboards.
• Be proactive: Don’t just fetch data - analyze trends, spot anomalies, and bring concrete recommendations to the table before anyone even asks.
• Automate & scale: Build tools and automations to ensure data quality and help the entire team move faster.
• Drive a data culture: Make complex data simple and accessible for teams across the company.

What you should bring:

• B.Sc. in a highly analytical field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent).
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Expert-level SQL (complex queries and performance optimization are second nature to you).
• AI-assisted workflow: You actively use modern AI coding tools on a daily basis to accelerate your work.
• Independent builder mindset: You take projects from start to finish with minimal oversight. You don’t just flag problems - you solve them.
• Strong communication skills: You know how to translate complex technical data into clear, simple business insights.

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud data warehouses (especially GCP & BigQuery).
• Hands-on experience building data pipelines and automation tools.
