The Role: Senior Social Media Manager

This is not a "schedule posts and write captions" role.We're looking for a creator who lives and breathes social media. Someone who spots the trend before everyone else, grabs a camera, creates content on the spot, and knows exactly what will stop people from scrolling.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Own HAAT's Instagram and TikTok channels end to end from strategy to execution and performance.

• Produce high-volume short-form content, including Reels, TikToks, and Stories

• Shoot, edit, and publish content independently without relying on external production.

• React quickly to trends, viral moments, and real-time opportunities while protecting the brand voice.

• Create content that resonates with both Hebrew and Arabic-speaking audiences across diverse communities.

• Build and evolve content pillars that grow engagement, reach, and brand awareness.

• Measure performance through engagement, shares, saves, watch time, and audience behavior—and continuously optimize based on insights.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Product, and Commercial teams to bring authentic stories to life.

What You Bring to the Table:

• You're a content creator first—you create, shoot, edit, and publish yourself.

• Proven experience managing social media for a leading consumer brand or creative agency.

• Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms, trends, and content formats.

• Exceptional storytelling skills with strong instincts for hooks, pacing, and audience attention.

• Ability to produce high-quality content quickly without sacrificing creativity.

• Cultural fluency across Hebrew and Arabic-speaking audiences.

• Strong ownership mindset with the confidence to make creative decisions independently.

• Passion for internet culture, trends, memes, and creating content people genuinely want to share.
