The office is situated in a highly accessible central location in the Tel Aviv district (immediately adjacent to major train and light rail transit lines), offering a highly flexible hybrid model of 3 days of remote work per week.

Position Overview-

• Sole DevOps Lead / "One-Man Show" taking complete, end-to-end technical ownership over the company's entire cloud infrastructure, CI/CD systems, and security architectures, reporting directly to the VP of R&D.
• Serving as the primary technical authority for infrastructure, designing and implementing resilient Multi-Cloud architectures built to withstand the rigorous security and compliance demands of top-tier US enterprise banks.
• Building, scaling, and managing highly secure container orchestration layers using Kubernetes, along with writing modular Infrastructure as Code (IaC) via Terraform.
• Designing and continuous-testing robust deployment pipelines utilizing GitHub Actions and Jenkins to guarantee stable, rapid-release cycles.
• Supporting direct customer integrations and collaborating on technical infrastructure requirements with global enterprise client teams.
• Core Domain & Ecosystem- Multi-Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/GCP), Enterprise FinTech Security, Kubernetes (K8s) Orchestration, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD Automation (GitHub Actions, Jenkins), Linux Systems Administration, Startup (Seed-stage) Architecture.

Requirements-

• 6+ years of proven professional experience operating as a DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure Engineer – Mandatory
• Proven track record working within a Startup environment (Seed / Round A / Hyper-growth), showing the ability to operate independently and take complete ownership of the infrastructure domain – Mandatory
• Deep, authoritative experience designing, building, and maintaining production-grade Kubernetes clusters – Mandatory
• Hands-on mastery of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), specifically utilizing Terraform – Mandatory
• Deep, system-level administration knowledge of Linux operating systems – Mandatory
• Production-level expertise across major Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), with an emphasis on architecting Multi-Cloud environments – Mandatory
• Verifiable experience designing and automating complex pipelines with both GitHub Actions and Jenkins – Mandatory
• Prior experience designing highly secure, compliant cloud architectures tailored for Enterprise / FinTech / Banking clients (e.g., SOC2, ISO27001, or custom institutional security requirements) – Strong Advantage
