DevOps Technical Lead

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on DevOps Technical Lead to own and shape our cloud infrastructure, drive architectural decisions, and build the foundation for our next stage of growth.

This is a unique opportunity to become the first dedicated DevOps and Infrastructure owner, working closely with a talented engineering team to design, automate, secure, and scale a modern multi-cloud environment across AWS and GCP.

What You'll Do

• Own the architecture, design, and implementation of cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP.
• Build scalable, automated infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines from scratch, including testing, deployment, rollback, and release processes.
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes and Docker-based production environments.
• Lead infrastructure security initiatives, including IAM, secrets management, networking, and security hardening.
• Establish monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability capabilities.
• Ensure production systems meet high standards of availability, reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams on architecture and technical decisions.
• Define DevOps best practices and establish infrastructure standards across the organization.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Cloud Infrastructure, or similar roles.
• Proven experience building and owning production infrastructure from the ground up.
• Hands-on experience with both AWS and GCP.
• Strong production experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with Terraform or similar Infrastructure-as-Code technologies.
• Proven ability to build CI/CD pipelines from scratch using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar tools.
• Strong scripting skills in Python and/or Bash.
• Solid understanding of cloud security, networking, IAM, secrets management, and infrastructure hardening.
• Strong architectural thinking combined with a hands-on approach.
• High ownership, independence, and the ability to make technical decisions.

Nice to Have

• Experience in cybersecurity companies or security-sensitive production environments.
• Experience building infrastructure in early-stage or rapidly scaling startups.
• Previous experience as the first DevOps or Infrastructure hire.
