Product Designer (UX/UI)

We are building a stealth mobile gaming venture and looking for a founding Product Designer to join the core team.

The venture is led by an experienced founder who previously built and scaled a gaming company valued in the hundreds of millions.

We are looking for a designer who understands mobile games, consumer apps, UX/UI, player behavior, retention, engagement, and what makes users come back every day.

What you’ll do

• Design end-to-end mobile game and app experiences

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI

• Work on onboarding, daily loops, engagement, and retention mechanics

• Translate product ideas into simple, clear, and engaging user experiences

• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and the founding team

• Help define the visual language, design system, and product experience from the ground up

What we’re looking for

• Experience designing mobile apps, games, or high-engagement consumer products

• Strong UX/UI, interaction design, and visual design skills

• Strong portfolio showing mobile-first product work

• Understanding of retention, engagement, user psychology, and B2C products

• Ability to move fast, prototype quickly, and iterate based on feedback

• High ownership and comfort working in an early-stage environment
