Product Designer

Trullion is transforming the accounting world with an AI-powered platform built for accountants and auditors. Our technology automates complex financial workflows, boosts efficiency, reduces costly errors, and fosters real collaboration. Founded in 2019, Trullion is on a mission to make accounting and audit technology people truly love, driving a more efficient, transparent, and human-oriented industry. From rapid onboarding to a seamless managed service model, we deliver a customer-first experience at every step.

Headquartered in New York, with offices in Tel Aviv and London, we are backed by top investors, including Aleph, Third Point Ventures, Greycroft, StepStone Group, as well as leading global CFOs and accounting firms.

As Trullion continues to scale, we’re seeking a Product Designer to help define the next generation of AI-powered accounting experiences - someone who thrives on solving complex product challenges, owns end-to-end design and is excited to shape a category-leading product used by finance and audit teams worldwide.

We're building a platform where AI agents do real accounting and audit work alongside people. We're looking for a Mid-Senior Product Designer who thrives on solving complex product challenges, brings strong visual craft, works fluently inside an established design system and helps it grow.

Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end experiences for the Office of the CFO, where finance leaders and teams work with AI and agents on high-stakes workflows.
• Work on the platform and infrastructure layer: shared experience patterns, frameworks, and foundations that let new capabilities feel like one coherent product, not separate features.
• Contribute to Trullion’s design system: extend components, tokens, and variables, and keep them consistent and scalable as the product grows.
• Lead the full design cycle, from research and flows to pixel-perfect UX/UI across all states and scenarios.
• Raise the visual bar of the product with a modern, refined UI.
• Collaborate closely with Product and R&D on design consistency and execution quality.
• Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for testing, iteration, and customer validation.
• Present concepts to stakeholders and advocate for decisions rooted in data, research, and user needs.

• 4+ years of experience in product design (mid-senior to senior), ideally in a product-led SaaS company.
• Experience designing for complex B2B SaaS, ideally finance or other data-heavy products.
• Experience in companies with an established design system. Proven experience contributing to one.
• Solid knowledge of design tokens and variables: structure, naming, modes/theming, and how they map to code.
• Strong visual skills and a good understanding of modern UI.
• Genuine interest in designing for AI agents and in generative UI.
• Strong portfolio showing flows, systems thinking, and UI execution.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience prototyping with AI tools.
• Hands-on experience designing AI, agent-based, or generative UI experiences.

• Think BIG. We are ambitious, proactive, and we love challenging the status quo.
• Live by Truth. We uphold the highest standards of accuracy and accountability.
• On Your Side. We’re on this journey together, committed to empowering each other to succeed.
• Committed. To execution, delivery, and excellence.
