Full Stack Team Lead - .NET & Angular

In this role, you'll lead the software development lifecycle end-to-end, from planning and design through delivery, while mentoring developers and driving engineering excellence. You'll oversee task management in Azure DevOps (ADO), conduct code reviews, promote best development practices, and help the team adopt modern technologies, including AI-powered development tools. You'll also work closely with Product Managers, Architects, and cross-functional business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience in digital products

• At least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead or Tech Lead

• Strong hands-on experience with .NET and Angular – required

• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), Agile methodologies, and code reviews

• Passion for technical leadership, mentoring, and continuous improvement
