Customer Service Specialist

Your Job

Join us as a Customer Service (Inside Sales) Specialist supporting key customers and account managers. You’ll ensure smooth daily operations—from quoting and order management to issue resolution—while identifying opportunities to improve service and grow business

What You Will Do

• Support key customers with day-to-day requests via email, phone, and portals, ensuring a high level of service
• Manage quotations, pricing updates, contracts, and order processing end-to-end
• Coordinate deliveries, shipments, and product lifecycle changes (NPI, transitions)
• Proactively communicate order status, risks, and supply updates to customers
• Resolve customer issues, escalations, and billing inquiries while working cross-functionally

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience in customer service, inside sales, or B2B sales support
• Hands-on experience with quotations, orders, or account coordination Strong communication skills with ability to manage customer interactions
• Good organisation and ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• Experience working with OEMs, EMS/CMs, or similar environments

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience in electronics/components industry
• ERP/CRM knowledge (SAP, Salesforce or similar)
• Understanding of supply chain and order fulfilment processes
• Commercial mindset with ability to support upselling or pricing activities Relationship-building skills with customers and internal stakeholders
