Role Description The Social Media Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Israel. This position is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing daily social media content that promotes All•in’s podcasts and brand across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn. The Social Media Coordinator monitors engagement, responds to comments and messages, and supports community building around shows and hosts. The role includes collaborating with podcast producers, designers, and marketing team members to align social campaigns with new episodes, launches, and brand initiatives. The coordinator also tracks performance metrics, provides regular reports, and suggests improvements to increase reach, engagement, and audience growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing.
• Strong Communication and Writing skills suitable for diverse social media audiences.
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing principles and best practices for online audience growth.
• Experience managing multiple social platforms and using analytics tools to measure performance.
• Familiarity with the podcast or media industry and interest in audio storytelling.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, creative environment and manage deadlines.
• Proficiency in Hebrew; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Relevant education or practical experience in marketing, communications, media, or a related field.
