The corporate R&D facility is based in Center District, operating under a full-time, in-office collaboration model to maximize laboratory synergy.
Position Overview-
- High-Speed & RF Board Design Engineer joining a dedicated Hardware R&D team to own the lifecycle of next-generation wireless video transmission boards.
- Designing and implementing complex High-Speed Digital boards while integrating advanced Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) concepts.
- Developing high-frequency RF circuitries, specifically optimizing transmitter/receiver (TX/RX) chains and executing precise impedance matching.
- Carrying out full-scale board bring-up, multi-layer circuit debugging, and hardware performance validation utilizing specialized laboratory test equipment.
- Authoring crisp technical requirements, engineering specifications, and hardware architecture documentation.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Mechanical Design and Embedded Software engineering groups to drive optimal system integration.
- Preparing advanced designs for high-yield Mass Production, driving cost-reduction (BOM optimization) initiatives without sacrificing high-quality thresholds.
- Ensuring full hardware compliance with international regulatory frameworks and environmental standards, including EMC/ESD shielding.
- Core Domain & Ecosystem- Wireless Video Transmission, Low-Latency Hardware, High-Speed Digital Board Design, RF Chain Architecture, Impedance Matching, Signal Integrity (SI), Lab Diagnostics, NPI & Mass Production, EMC/ESD Compliance.
Requirements-
- Academic Background: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from a recognized academic institution – Mandatory
- 5 years of proven professional experience operating as a Hardware Design / Electronics Engineer – Mandatory
- Deep practical experience in High-Speed Digital Board Design, layout constraints, and routing optimization – Mandatory
- Hands-on engineering familiarity with RF design principles, including TX/RX chain integration or impedance matching tuning – Strong Advantage
- Solid proficiency using advanced laboratory debugging equipment (e.g., Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, high-bandwidth Oscilloscopes) – Mandatory
- Proven track record designing hardware aligned with stringent manufacturing standards (DFM/DFT) and rugged environmental regulations (EMC, ESD, or Medical/Industrial certifications) – Mandatory
- Strong technical communication skills with a collaborative approach to interfacing with multi-disciplinary Mechanical and Software teams – Mandatory
