Full Stack Team Leader

The headquarters is based in Tel Aviv (highly accessible, situated directly along the rail network), operating under a hybrid model with 2 days of remote work per week.

Position Overview-

• Full-Stack Development Team Leader balancing engineering management, mentorship, and sprint planning with core technical architecture (Hands-on execution), leading a dedicated squad of 3 to 4 developers.
• Architecting and building high-performance, low-latency enterprise applications utilizing Node.js, NestJS, and React/Next.js over a robust TypeScript codebase.
• Designing scalable, distributed microservices architectures, data models, and secure RESTful APIs optimized for AI orchestration workflows.
• Spearheading modern DevOps practices, containerized deployments, and continuous integration pipelines to maintain high-quality production standards.
• Participating in defense-grade technology initiatives requiring eligibility for standard security clearance protocols.
• Core Domain & Ecosystem- Enterprise AI Governance, Full-Stack Engineering, Node.js & NestJS Backend, React & Next.js Frontend, TypeScript, Microservices Architecture, Relational & Caching Databases (PostgreSQL, Redis), CI/CD Automation, Defense-Tech Operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven professional experience in a Team Leader or Technical Lead capacity – Mandatory
• 5+ years of robust development experience as a Full-Stack Engineer, with deep practical mastery of React, Node.js, and NestJS – Mandatory
• Exceptional programming proficiency and architectural understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript – Mandatory
• Hands-on engineering experience designing and optimizing data layers with PostgreSQL, Redis, or equivalent database engines – Mandatory
• Proven track record architecting complex RESTful APIs and scaling distributed microservices architectures – Mandatory
• Solid technical proficiency with modern development workflows, including Git, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines – Mandatory
• Security Clearance Eligibility: Full readiness and ability to undergo a standard security vetting process (Sivug Bithoni) for defense-related workflows – Mandatory
• Prior professional experience operating within public cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) – Strong Advantage
