Senior Full Stack Team Lead (.NET / React)

Join a nationwide organization providing financial, digital, and logistics services to millions of customers, and take part in delivering complex technology projects within the financial and digital services domain. This is a mission-critical, matrix-based environment built around complex, business-critical core systems, with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

We're looking for a Senior Development Team Lead to help rebuild the organization's financial platform in the cloud with modern code, leading a new team that works in a full AI SDLC - with AI agents embedded across requirements, design, coding, testing, code review, and DevOps.

What You'll Do

• Lead the day-to-day work of the development team: task allocation, tracking, mentoring, and code review
• Drive adoption of AI SDLC practices in the team — processes, tools, and effectiveness measurement
• Investigate, drive, and close issues with other technology teams, business stakeholders, and Product
• Handle production incidents and own their resolution end to end
• Own delivery and timelines in an Agile working model
• Perform technical design and hands-on implementation as part of the modernization program, working closely with the Development Manager

Requirements

• 8+ years of Full Stack development experience with .NET (C#) and React, with a server-side orientation - Must
• 3+ years of experience leading a development team - Must
• Daily hands-on experience developing with AI coding agents (such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot), including driving their adoption within a team - Must
• Experience in the financial domain — payments, cards, or banking - Must
• Strong architectural understanding of services, APIs, and integrations - Must
• Hands-on experience with cloud environments and CI/CD - Must
• Experience in modernizing legacy systems, including MainFrame integration - Significant Advantage
• Ability to take end-to-end ownership, work independently, and deliver under pressure and tight deadlines
• Experience in a large enterprise environment - end-to-end process understanding, working across many teams, and large-scale infrastructure - Advantage
• Initiative and the ability to drive topics forward within a complex organization - Advantage
