Job Description:
- Manage and lead a team of approximately 7 developers.
- Assign tasks and monitor execution.
- Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance.
- Solve complex technological challenges.
- Work closely with various stakeholders throughout the project.
- Take responsibility for meeting project objectives and timelines.
Job Requirements:
- At least 6 years of experience as a Development Team Leader.
- Significant development experience with .NET, SQL, AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience leading development teams in complex projects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Relevant academic background in the field.
